I had an issue with this establishment years ago and I never did business with them again. Shocker- I received a delivery that was a gift from a friend on a Thursday morning, just before 830a they rang my doorbell. That’s my first issue. Why are you delivering something that early and expecting someone to be home?? Second issue is one of the lilys was missing a few petals and another stem was bent and broken, hanging off, upon arrival. Don’t appreciate that but ok I’ll let it go because they look great and it’s a nice surprise. 2 days later, all daisies are dead, rotted and shriveled, roses wrinkled, shriveled and dropped, never opened, and some of the lilys did not open and the opened ones losing their petals. TWO. DAYS. And the flowers are dead or dying. HOW? I changed the water after 2 days maybe that would help, nope. Now you see why I stopped doing business with these people years ago, some things never change! Something is seriously wrong with this place, not sure how you’re still in business! Fresh cut flowers are meant to last 5-7 days, with a fresh water change on day 2-3. I hope my friend gets her money back!

Was disappointed in the service I received from this florist. I live in NC and a dear friend passed away in NY. I wanted to send a plant bouquet instead of flowers. I reached out to Rao’s because they happened to be in my old neighborhood. What I was told I’d get was not what I got. I asked for 2 butterflies to be added, a couple of pretty flowers and a card with my condolences to the family along with 8 plants in the bouquet. A friend of mine took a picture and sent it to me and I was truly disappointed. One flower, no butterflies and no card. I’m glad she was there so that she could tell the family who it was from. I guess I should be grateful that they were delivered. That’s the only reason they got 3 stars from me. :(

I received these today! My entire downstairs smells amazing!!! These flowers exceeded my husbands expectations and the picture from the website of FTD!! They are gorgeous, thank you so much! 💚

Rao’s was amazing! I wanted something completely different for my wedding and they were more than accommodating! Frank showed me many different flowers that he would order to make my dream bouquet come out exactly the way I pictured it! I highly recommend them and would trust them 100% to make your dream flowers come true!

I had the privilege to have Rao’s do my wedding flowers and they exceeded my expectations and then some. They priced everything and there was no hidden charges and they made my dream bouquets come true. Hands down best and most beautiful floral shop in the area. I will never use another florist, Rao’s is now my permanent florist for all my flower needs. The staff there are professional, timely and so accommodating. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
